I love taking photographs and take lots of them and some are inspiration for projects. 

My experiences and worldwide travel which are committed to memory are another source of inspiration for design.

When creating samples for workshops I often use  photographs as design source, students can then see how my work evolves and relates to the image but not a copy of the photo.

Computer printing onto silk, paper towel, canvas or vilene is a great base for a piece of work. The printed area can then be embellished with paint or embossing materials before stitching and adding beads and surface materials.
